Stephanie Ostara - Founder of Ostara
Stephanie is initiated as a Healer, Shaman, High Priestess, Teacher, Guide and Ceremonial Master within a number of Ancient Mystery School Lineages. She has been training within the mysteries for 13 years and travels the world teaching programs and running events, sharing her extensive knowledge and passion for creative living, esoteric teachings and ancient healing techniques with all those seeking personal transformation and empowerment.
She has a degree in Psychology and has also studied holistic healing and mindfulness for many years, working with many organisations and individuals, helping them to find inner peace and personal empowerment to reach their higher potential.
Stephanie has a beautiful holistic healing practice in London where she runs weekly one one-on-one sessions, group therapies, meditation, ceremonies and online self-development and esoteric classes. She also has a community interest company designed to support young vulnerable people in London, she offers new paradigm education projects for youth in the UK that support young people with tools and classes to have a greater sense of self-worth, self-acceptance, and authenticity and supports them to develop their gifts and creative potential together in a safe and supportive community.
